Our vision is to foster a culture of care in Greater Boston that is gospel-centered, church-based, and clinically-informed by offering counseling services and equipping resources so that every person has transformative gospel-centered care available and so that local churches serve as beacons of care in their communities.

Our Vision

The Boston Center for Biblical Counseling (BCBC) is a start-up counseling center hoping to foster a culture of care throughout Greater Boston. Officially launching in 2018.

Our Values

BCBC intentionally aligns with the Christian Counseling and Education Foundation (CCEF) model of care. We are committed to a model of counseling that is gospel-centered, church-based, and clinically-informed.

Our Services

We offer both counseling services and equipping resources to better foster a culture of care throughout the region.

“I’ve been hoping and praying for years for something like BCBC to come into existence. I am so thankful for the way likeminded churches have banded together to create a center where relationally-talented, biblically-wise, gospel-driven counselors can connect with people in need of comfort, care, guidance and growth.”

— Alasdair Groves, Director of CCEF New England

Counseling that is based in the church

These churches have stated their agreement with our philosophy of ministry and will confidently refer members of their congregation to our counselors as need arises.

Support Us

We cannot do this ministry without the generous financial gifts of our supporters. Our first counselor starts in June, and we're currently building a launch fund to help pay him while he builds his caseload. We also need to secure office space and furnish an office.

We have applied for 501c3 status and are currently awaiting our official certification as a 501c3, but we can start accepting donations now and still issue tax-exempt receipts at the end of the year.

If you'd like to contribute to our mission, you can write a check to "Boston Center for Biblical Counseling" and mail it to 133 Walnut St., Brookline, MA 02445. Or you can give on paypal here.
